Kagame spy meeting in London

Umuvugizi has reliably learnt that Kagame’s spies attached to the Rwandan High Commission in London are preparing a plan on how to closely work with Rwandans and the British through the umbrella of investors.

 This meeting named Diaspora Investment Conference, scheduled to take place in London on 23/06/2012, will bring together Rwandans and the British from various parts of the country.

This action intended to build another wall of Kagame’s spies in London is led by the Rwandan High Commissioner Rwamucyo Ernest, Jimmy Uwizeye, and Kavutse Tony both spies.  We shall share with you the outcomes of that meeting in coming days.
