According to our sources within President Kagame’s Intelligence network, President Kagame has instructed his Minister of Defence General James Kabarebe and spymaster Brigadier General Jack Nziza to infiltrate President Kabila’s army at any cost.
This plan is supposed to be executed by Congolese businessmen that are on Kagame’s payroll operating in Kinshasa. Kigali is especially interested in luring politicians, intelligence officers and members of presidential guard from Katanga and former Mobutu loyalists to help infiltrate President Kabila’s inner circle.
Congo Brazaville is used as a transit point where these Congolese are facilitated with fake identities and passports in order to enable them access to General Kabarebe and General Nziza using Rwanda air as means of transport to Kigali .
