PRESIDENTS MUSEVENI AND KAGAME IN A SECRET CRISIS MEETING OVER CONGO

Reliable sources have informed Umuvugizi.com that President Kagame arrived at mid day and was driven to State House Kampala for secret meeting with Museveni.

Sources within President Kagame’s intelligence revealed that Kagame took Ugandan Airport security by surprise even though President Museveni was aware of Kagame’s visit. This comes after international pressure on President Kagame to withdraw his support of the break-away faction of M23 led by General Bosco Ntaganda, especially after President Kabila has openly accused President Kagame of arming and assisting the rebels in Congo.

The same sources reveals that Kagame had come to seek support from president Museveni about the ongoing war in Congo between FARDC and RDF .
