In Canada, Kagame’s spies make mutual efforts

Information reaching Umuvugizi confirm that after Rwanda’s ambassador’s attempt to organize an indoctrinating training session for the Rwandan youth living in Canada that was due to take place, this event has been called off. The cancellation follows a thorough investigation carried out by the Canadian intelligence that forced the embassy to call it off due to recorded harassment towards Rwandans living in Canada who flee the regime but who have been harassed by Kagame’s spies.
The Canadian intelligence informed and protested to the Rwandan government through Kagame’s spying department called National Security Services. Finally, NSS promptly took a decision and informed the Rwandan Embassy in Canada to cancel the indoctrination exercise, and mobilize Kagame’s cadres to attend the training in Rwanda.
Information reaching our investigation desk from some of Kagame’s spies confirm that NSS ordered the Ministry of foreign affairs and the Rwandan embassy in Canada to look for possible ways of sending the Rwandan youth to Rwanda to attend this indoctrinating training exercise that will equip them (the youth) with spying tactics and techniques; and in turn use (or deploy) them in spying on Rwanda nationals especially those living in Canada and US countries.
The indoctrination session is set to take place between 6th to 11th August 2012. As he has already done in similar trainings, Kagame will pay for all the youth’s charges, including their flight tickets, accommodation and food, as well as per diem; all the expenses aimed at training the youth into spying on other Rwandans who are opposed to Kagame’s tyrannical rule.
What is surprising and most disheartening is the fact that more than 95% of parents of these youths soon to be sent to Rwanda fled the Kagame regime, arrived in Canada, claiming persecution from the same dictatorial regime and were granted political asylum.
