Kagame’s spy in Sweden granted bail .  

Aimable Rubagenga alias Emmanuel Habiyambere who was arrested in a Swedish town of Örebro on 14th May this year has been released provisionally by the authorities. Since that time he had been provisionally detained because he was suspected for spying on the Rwandan refugees living in Sweden
.
The prosecutor accused him of spying crimes committed since June 2010 to May 2011. Rubagenga who is now 40 years old, when he was applying for refugee status in Sweden, he referred to himself as a Burundian, but to those who know him very well confirm that he is actually a Rwandan national from Nyanza district in Southern Province of Rwanda.  On Tuesday last week, it’s when Aimable Rubagenga was provisionally released, but is still being investigated for the suspected crimes, especially when he has also stopped from leaving the country for a period of one month.

During that time, he will be reporting back to the Police authorities in Örebro every week. One called Tomas Lindstrand said ‘’if the investigations are not completed in one month, the court will take a decision to see if his travel limitations can be further extended for another period’’

 Emmnanuel Rubagenga who once started a newspaper called «Buracyeye in Nyanza», continues to deny the crimes levelled against him by the Swedish prosecution.
