Umuvugizi.con has new information related to Rwanda Intelligence infiltration in Uganda, looking for Ugandan people of Rwandan descent, wherever they are. They call themselves King Kigeli followers. They also use the technique of new members’ registration to King Kigeli followers’ community, with the intention to harass them in the future.
Umuvugizi.com has documented an ongoing Rwanda Intelligence Officers’ infiltration to Uganda, using all kind of transportation methods, especially ground routes in Jaguars, Horizons, and others. They usually have tons of money they can spend however they want, during such external operations.
Umuvugizi.com communicated with King Kigeli, who resides for many years, in USA. We asked him what he thought about such disinformation from Rwanda government. He said that : “Those agents and all army they say that I own is totally disinformation staged to tarnish my name . They started such operations a long time ago, giving out my photo to everyone, and calling themselves my followers. ” He concluded by urging Rwandans to do not associate with such people .
