The Ugandan intelligence services blocked the kidnapping and deportation of Sgt Nsabagasani Dominique.

The last couple weeks, Umuvugizi.com received information related to the kidnap of Sergeant Nsabagasani Dominique by Rwanda embassy in Uganda.  Sergeant Nsabagasani has previously expressed the weaknesses of Kagame government, in managing the country; and pointed out its inevitable collapse in near future. That was the main reason he was and is now, wanted by Kagame intelligence services.  He was lucky enough, to have Uganda intelligence services interrupt the plot.  

Umuvugizi.com has very credible information that confirms the all about of the operation.  Rwanda embassy in Uganda used Sergeant Nsabagasani’s Pastor, to kidnap him, with the goal to expedite him by force to Rwanda.  Museveni Intelligence Services were speedy enough in stopping the operation.  It was Rwanda embassy in Uganda misjudgment, to think that they could obtain all necessary documents with “Interpol” without being questioned what their motive was. It  was Dictator Kagame big embarrassment.

We spoke to one of Uganda intelligence officers who stopped the kidnap, and stated that: “ it is true that Sergeant Nzabagasani was saved from being kidnapped, by Rwanda embassy here in Uganda; but, we were able to diminish their risky and baseless plot.  The sergeant is safe with us; and he is grateful of our protection.
