Kagame security forces continue kidnapping Rwandans into M23 rebelsBy Gasasira, Sweden
Reliable information available to Umuvugizi confirm that President Paul Kagame’s Government though it continues to deny its active military support to DR Congo M23 rebels, it’s a fact that security forces led by the National Police, are kidnapping Rwandans and enlist them by force into the rebel group that has led to the death and suffering of thousands of innocent Congolese.
Kigali City is on top of the kidnapping several residents to the extent that some of them who are small scale and major businessmen are taken forcefully by the Police and detained in Nyabugogo at the time when they are waiting to be transported to Ruhengeri-Gisenyi, where they are taken for military training with M23 rebels
What is of concern to many Rwandans during this time, is that even some nationals who are found on the way or those in taxi parks late at night like Nyabugogo or in bars in and out of Kigali are all arrested in a swoop as idlers by the National Police. The detention which is commonly known as Kabuga’s house or in Iwawa Island , where they used to arrest idlers was replaced by M23 Military training wings.
