Congolese rebels are accusing Rwandan Army of supporting and heading M23

Recently Umuvugizi had a one-on-one discussion with Col Rusingiza Charles, one of the rebels in Congo who is always at logger heads with M23, he is also the leader of the  army association in Congo that’s  fighting for peace in Eastern Congo.

Charles Rusingiza made it clear to us that there’s no doubt M23 was invented and formed by Kagame’s Army, and this was done to disguise their intention of looting precious stones from Congo-Kinshasa.

“ Even before Rwanda faces international  justice, we are determined to fight against M23, I perfectly know that Rwanda formed M23 with intentions of covering up the search for Gen Ntaganda who is wanted  by the international court because of  the crimes he committed in Congo. Again President Kagame formed this M23 so that he can easily continue to loot the natural resources of Congo.”

Col Rusingiza also informed us that all the equipments like army uniforms, guns, bullets and all the other equipment are supplied to M23 by President Kagame himself.

This rebel group led by Col Rusingiza has captured several areas boardering Congo and Uganda, like Ishasha, Myamwisi, and also other parts of Congo like Buganza, Nyamirima and Gisharu.
