Faced with an International Diplomatic Scandal, Kagame now recalls 5 Senior Diplomats
President Kagame recalls 5 top spies in order to tighten his grip on power amidst a bold seemingly International diplomatic scandal
With increased appetite to continue exerting reign of terror on innocent Rwandans and to tighten his grip on power amidst a bold seemingly International diplomatic scandal, President Paul Kagame has reportedly recalled 5 deputy heads of missions who are also well known of coordinating his intelligence activities in US, India, Kenya, Canada and Geneva.
According to reliable sources from both high security level and the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kigali, the five diplomats are accused of not executing their duties of murdering Rwandans believed to be critical to Kagame’s dictatorship in those five countries. Some of the Diplomats, who are to face harsh disciplinary actions from the dictator himself, are also accused of mishandling diplomatic fallout in those countries where the Rwandan opposition has increased and making clear of the murderous regime that Kagame is presiding over himself.
In a related development, Umuvugizi has also learnt that already, the First Counselor Alphonse Kayitare at the Rwandan Embassy in Geneva, Switzerland, has gone missing.
Kayitare was among the senior diplomats that had been recalled to Rwanda on December 6 2012 but the date was postponed to January 31 2013 for “professional reasons.”
On January 10, Kayitare sent his office and apartment keys to the Embassy of Rwanda in Geneva and from that day is said to be out of reach to his relatives and friends.
It remains unclear why government had asked Kayitare to return to Kigali but according to a letter dated January 14, accessed by Umuvugizi from a reliable diplomatic source, the embassy of Rwanda in Geneva officially announced Kayitare “doesn’t any more act as a Rwanda Diplomat.”
It however, remains to be seen why the dictator is behaving like this at the height of a seemingly international scandal faced by his regime resulting from an adventurous war in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo in the name of M23, executing his bloody games on innocent Congolese and looting of their mineral resources.
Kagame has also sponsored and coordinated daring murders against his critics in Sweden ,Great Britain ,USA and other countries abroad and in the region with a famous aborted murder attempt of his former Chief of Staff Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa. During his reign of terror Kagame has also overseen the scandalous murder of Former Vise president of Rwanda Green party Andre Kagwa Rwisereka , murder of re-known Umuvugizi deputy editor Jean Leonard Rugambage and many others.
